Virginia Tech has a 2,600-acre main campus in Blacksburg, Virginia; a significant presence across the Commonwealth, including the Innovation Campus in Northern Virginia, the Health Sciences and Technology Campus in Roanoke, and sites in Newport News and Richmond; educational and research facilities across the state; a study-abroad site in Switzerland; and a 1,800-acre agriculture research farm near the main campus. The campus proper is located in the New River Valley and is 38 miles southwest of Roanoke.

Under this programme, Virginia Tech (VT) faculty members deliver some courses of the 4-year B Tech Programmes in Data Science, AI, and Cyber Security conducted at MPSTME. The University also issues a certificate of completion to the students who successfully complete this programme along with an NMIMS degree.
Under this programme, students study first 3 years at NMIMS Mumbai followed by the 4th year and 5th year at Virginia Tech. Upon successful completion with the required eligibility, students receive a B Tech Degree from NMIMS and a BS and MS Degree from Virginia Tech.
