Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering, conceptualized by NMIMS Management as a Unique Technology and Management school, essentially integrates technical knowledge with innovative management practices ensuring the dissemination of knowledge that equips students to be game changers in terms of building sustainable and holistic society.

Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering (MPSTME) is the brainchild of the NMIMS Management team. Established in 2006, it is affiliated to the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). NMIMS was founded in 1981 by Sri Vile Parle Kevlani Mandal as a management institute initially affiliated with the University of Mumbai. Over the years, NMIMS earned a reputation for its best practices in management education. In 2003, NMIMS became a deemed-to-be university, recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Also, a well-connected administrative network that is well-aligned with the philosophy of the University is instrumental in taking the institute toward the realization of its vision. MPSTME’s administration comprises of stalwarts and leaders who are deeply in-tuned to MPSTME’s vision and aptly carry forward the NMIMS legacy. Administrative practices at MPSTME rest firmly on the principle of a flat hierarchical network and open-door policy. The Administrative support staff is trained and encouraged to ensure a smooth transition of students into the institute. Students are guided and supported at every step to ensure that their trajectory with us remains hassle-free and memorable in every aspect.
Accreditation is a process of quality assurance ensuring that a programme in an approved Institution is critically appraised for meeting the standards prescribed by the regulatory bodies. Accreditation ensures excellence in the learning experience for students, strengthens employers’ confidence in the degrees granted by the institution, and helps institutions to continually strive for improvement. In India, there are three national-level bodies namely the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). All programs of MPSTME are approved by AICTE. Further, NMIMS deemed to be University is accredited by NAAC with a 3.59 CGPA and Grade A+ in the 3rd cycle (Mumbai Campus). Additionally, Bachelor of Technology programs of IT and EXTC are accredited by NBA since 2014.
