ELIGIBILITY

12th class or equivalent from a recognized board with not less than 45% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / vocational subject. Candidates passing out in 2024 can apply.

Curriculum

The programme’s curriculum is well-rounded, balancing basic science, core subjects, and electives. It follows a credit-based system with 18-22 credits per semester, totaling about 162 credits for the entire four-year B Tech programme. Each course includes lectures, labs, and tutorials, and in the fourth year, students undertake mandatory technical project work, sometimes leading to entrepreneurial ventures. The curriculum undergoes an annual review with industry input to stay relevant.

  • Besides a solid math science/engineering education, students can improve their skills by tailoring the course to their requirements by choosing among a number of optional modules in application fields such as IoT, Embedded Systems, Networking, Communication, Control Systems, Microwave and Antenna, Basic Electronics and Signal & Image Processing.

Graduates of the B Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering programme will have the ability to:
